Mission Statement

Our mission is to design and implement an equitable process that enables Setti Warren to build an excellent, performance-driven executive management team for the start of the Administration. We plan to create a process to build a city-hall wide, high performance team, focused on a fiscally prudent, effective approach to serving all residents. We aim to create a culture which values residents, businesses and employees, and promotes a sense of staff empowerment, development, professionalism, and accountability.
