Economic Development and Housing

This group will address the potential for economic development in our community and the approach we should take to ensure that this development occurs in a manner that is consistent with smart growth principles, preserves the character of our villages and plans for all potential impacts like traffic, parking and school enrollment. This group will also address Newton's need to plan for more and different affordable housing.
